Social Services
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily changed how we are serving our community. Food boxes are available from 1:00 - 4:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Since our office is closed, please follow the signs posted onsite for our check-in process. Mondays are by appointment only. For other assistance, please call to make an appointment by calling 541-672-6581.
People seeking assistance will be served according to their need and The Salvation Army’s ability to help.
Birthday Assistance
If you have a child 1-12 years of age and their birthday is coming up, please call Captain Kristy Church at 541.248.2585 for assistance. Birthday assistance is similar to Christmas toy assistance. You must be able to bring proof of child's birthdate.
School Supply Assistance
Some students don't have supplies to work from home, so we have the following items available:
- Spiral notebooks
- Pencils
- Crayons
- Elmer's glue
- Markers
- Colored pencils
If you need any of these items, please call Katrina at 541.248.2587. You must be able to provide proof of child's name, birthdate, and school they attend.
Thrift Store
The Salvation Army Roseburg Thrift Store is suspending business until further notice.
Worship Service
At this time, we have suspended corporate worship services until April 17, we are looking at alternative small group options. Right now, we are staying connected with our community through texts and phone calls. We pray that everyone stays healthy and safe during this time.
